This text applies to SENKRONASTRO's paid subscription (Pro / Intelligence) plans. Only plans that are actually offered are listed here; a pricing model that has not yet been implemented does not appear in this text.
The subscription fee is charged, according to the plan you choose, through the PayTR payment infrastructure, inclusive of taxes. Pricing information is clearly shown on the checkout screen before you complete payment.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it. Pre-renewal notices and cancellation options are available in the "Subscription" tab of your account settings.
You can cancel your subscription entirely online, with a single action from your account settings, without any phone call, notarial process, or physical application. Cancellation does not prevent the service from continuing to be used until the end of the period you have already paid for; unless explicitly stated otherwise, no pro-rated refund is given for the remaining period (see also the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy).
For digital services performed instantly in electronic form, if you expressly consent, you are deemed to have waived your 14-day right of withdrawal (see the Pre-contractual Information Form and the corresponding consent checkbox on the checkout screen).
