SENKRONASTRO does not sell physical products or make physical deliveries.
The total amount you will pay (including taxes) is shown separately on the checkout screen, immediately before you complete payment.
Payment is collected through the PayTR infrastructure; the service is delivered electronically, through your account, either instantly or, depending on the nature of the transaction, within a short period (e.g., the time needed to complete a rectification calculation). There is no shipping or physical delivery.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for services performed instantly in electronic form, you are separately and explicitly asked to confirm that performance will begin as soon as you confirm the order, and that you are therefore waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal. The exact text of the second consent checkbox on the checkout screen is:
I request that the digital service I purchased begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, and I have been informed that my right of withdrawal may end depending on the nature of the service.
If you do not give this consent, your right of withdrawal is preserved for the period before performance begins (see the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy).
Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.
