Birth chart calculator
A birth chart (natal chart) is a calculated record of how the sky looked at the exact moment and place you were born. The calculator below works out your chart without an account; the chart you save becomes the foundation for your upcoming periods, transits and interpretation.

Your birth chart
Chart wheel
Tap a planet, house or sign slice to see its detail below the wheel.
The card shows your Sun, Moon and rising sign; your birth date, time and place are never written on it. Because the chart wheel shows the sky at the exact moment of your birth, someone knowledgeable could roughly work out your birth date, time and place from it - leave the wheel out if you'd rather not. The card is created only in your browser; it's never sent anywhere.

The most prominent aspects
Orb is how far an aspect deviates from its exact value; a smaller orb means a more prominent aspect. The eight tightest major aspects are listed.

This page only shows the calculation. Once you save your chart to a free account, upcoming key periods, your transits and the chart's interpretation all live in the same place.
What do you need?
Your birth date, birth time and birth place are enough. You search for the place by name: type the province, district or town and pick it from the list. The latitude, longitude and the time offset in effect on that date (including daylight saving) are all calculated for you.
If you're not sure of your birth time, you can say so. The rising sign and houses depend on the exact time, so when the time isn't known those sections are limited; the app doesn't hide this - it shows it plainly.
What does the chart calculate?
- The sign, degree, house and retrograde status of the ten planets from the Sun to Pluto
- The Ascendant (ASC), Midheaven (MC) and the twelve houses, using the Placidus or Whole Sign house system
- The major aspects between planets and the minor aspects, with their orbs
- The Lunar Nodes, Chiron, Lilith, the Vertex and the Part of Fortune
- Ceres, Pallas, Juno, Vesta and Pholus
- Fixed star conjunctions, the element and modality distribution, house rulers and the chart ruler
Chart wheel and interpretation
Your chart is drawn as a wheel: the planets, houses and the most prominent aspects all appear in a single image. Every position on the wheel comes from the same calculation as the technical table in the other tabs.
The birth chart interpretation is generated from this calculated data. Opening the “Why?” section below the text shows you the exact planet table and aspects the interpretation is based on. AI never calculates a planet's degree or sign - that's handed to it ready-made.
Precision setting
You can choose how wide an orb counts as valid for an aspect: narrow, normal or wide. Changing this setting later doesn't alter the chart itself; it only determines which aspects make the list.
Just create an account to try it with your own chart. You start with your birth date, time and place.
